Financial Aid & Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance: Families interested in financial support must complete the financial aid application. FACTS is a third-party financial aid assessment company that confidentially assesses each family’s financial need and makes financial aid recommendations to the high school.

Financial aid is awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis, so meeting our early application deadline is recommended. Applications for financial assistance submitted after December 31 will be eligible only for limited JPII financial assistance through JPII’s January 15 deadline. All families who wish to be considered for financial aid must also submit an application for admissions.

Immunization Policy

Prior to entry, attendance or transfer to a Category 1 Catholic pre-school through high school in the Archdiocese of Seattle, students must present proof of having had all immunizations as required by Washington State law RCW 28A.210.060 through 28A.210.170. Every student enrolled in a Category 1 Catholic School in the Archdiocese of Seattle shall be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the immunization schedule adopted by the Washington State Department of Health Services. The only exception to the foregoing requirements for students in our Catholic schools is a medical exemption signed by a licensed professional (M.D., N.D., D.O., ARNP, or PA.) authorized to practice in the State of Washington, including the physicians license number.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Pope John Paul II High School admits students of any race, sex, sexual orientation, faith traditions, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to all students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs and athletic and other administered programs.
